Rentals

The lease agreement will commence on 1 January 2026 and will continue until 30 November 2026. The occupation
date is from 1 January 2026 and the tenant will vacate the property by 30 November 2026 (This is a fixed-term
occupation, no pro-rata calculations will be done)

PLEASE NOTE

The full deposit plus your first AND last month’s rent, are payable before you can occupy the unit.

This is a new development; all units have a high-quality finishing and upmarket feel.

The development is situated on the corner of Retief St and Piet Bosman St.

Some important things to note:

1. The rent INCLUDES:

Weekly cleaning service: surfaces, floors, windows, bathrooms, and doors only – clothes, linen and dishes NOT included.

2. Electricity

a. A smart metering system has been installed for every unit, where electricity can be topped up seamlessly on the e-wallet by using a dedicated application.

b. Geyser electricity (hot water) is priced at the monthly municipal tariffs. The tenant is NOT charged for the “water” component, only for the electricity needed to heat the water.

3. Gym, squash courts, swimming pools on premises included.

4. Card-Operated laundry on premises.

Card-Operated laundromat on premises as well as a full laundry service available. Pay via smartphone or tap laundry card.

5. Internet/WIFI in rooms

A standard wi-fi package with unlimited data and a line speed of 5 Mbps per person is included as part of the monthly rental. All rooms will have a wi-fi capable router installed that will provide connectivity for the 1 or 2 tenants in a flat, which they will share (10 Mbps per flat with 2 students will be provided by Green Meadows). Tenants who wish to upgrade to faster internet packages from WASP Global Solutions (our preferred internet service provider), will be able to do so by contacting the WASP offices and applying for the upgrade directly in their personal capacity. The difference in cost between the chosen package and the upgraded package will be for the tenant’s account and they will be invoiced directly by WASP.
